Thishya holds academic qualifications and training in Social Work, Mental Health and Family Therapy. Thishya works with a diverse range of clients, offering compassionate care through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person centered approaches & Family Systems Therapy.
