Dr Ehab Mostokly
Dr Ehab Mostokly graduated from Medical University in Egypt in 1985. He obtained a Masters Degree in Paediatrics. He migrated to Australia with his family in 2004 after working for 20 years as Paediatrician, GP and Medical Administrator in Egypt.
Dr Ehab completed a Diploma in Paediatrics at Westmead Children’s Hospital, NSW & became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Ehab has held previous roles as a tutor for international medical graduates and an examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. In 2009 Dr Ehab was awarded Australian Rural Doctor of the Year for his dedication to the community & contribution to overseas trained doctors.
Dr Ehab was the GP representative for the Child Health Alliance for the Frankston & Mornington Peninsula area as well a member of the Paediatric Clinical Network from 2012- 2014. He played a fundamental part in the development of many projects including the development of the Peninsula Pathways: A Children’s Services Resource Directory linking families and essential community services together.
Dr Ehab has worked across rural and metro Melbourne and has established and operated many successful medical practices. He has mentored many doctors over the years. He has been an Accredited AGPT supervisor for the past 6 years. He is highly valued by his GP registrars for his dedication and commitment.
Since 2018 Dr Ehab has worked as a GP Surveyor for QPA. Ehab enjoys the opportunities this role presents and enjoys visiting other clinics and meeting new people. Since 2020 he has also worked as a casual lecturer at Monash University Peninsula Campus.
Dr Ehab has excellent experience as a family doctor and special interest in Paediatrics. Children and families at Clyde North Medical Centre enjoy visits to Dr Ehab & his unique consulting room.
Dr Ehabs hobbies are traveling and playing chess. He also enjoys family time with wife, adult children and grandchildren.
Besides English, Ehab speaks Arabic fluently.
