To continue providing eligible patients with bulk billed consultations, Clyde North Medical Centre now uses an electronic Assignment of Benefit (AoB) consent process.
After your eligible bulk billed consultation, you will receive a Bulk Billing Consent Request via HotDoc as either a push notification (if you have the HotDoc app) or an SMS.
Please complete this request as soon as possible.
Your response authorises your Medicare benefit to be paid directly to the practice, allowing us to bulk bill your consultation.
After your consultation, you’ll receive a Bulk Billing Consent Request via the HotDoc app or SMS.
Simply follow the prompts and submit your consent. It only takes a few moments.
Once your consent has been received, your Medicare benefit can be assigned directly to the practice, meaning there is no out-of-pocket cost for eligible bulk billed consultations.
If you have any questions about the Bulk Billing Consent Request or need assistance completing it, please speak with our friendly reception team.
