At Clyde North Medical Centre, we’re proud to offer a range of services to support people living with diabetes.
Diabetes Education
Our Diabetes Educator, Wendy, provides personalised education and support to help you better understand and manage your diabetes. From blood glucose monitoring and healthy eating to medication and lifestyle advice, Wendy can help you feel confident in managing your health. Bulk billed appointments are available with a valid GP referral.
Podiatry Care
Looking after your feet is an important part of diabetes management. Our Podiatrist, Sylvanna, offers comprehensive foot assessments, preventative care, and treatment to help reduce the risk of diabetes-related foot complications. Bulk billed appointments are available with a valid GP referral.
If you have diabetes or are at risk of developing it, speak with your GP about whether a referral to our Diabetes Educator or Podiatrist is right for you.
